Yet sometimes it is difficult. Or it has been constricted through injury, illness, stress, or poor air quality. 

Maybe you ache to be able to have a gentle, easy breath. 

About this course

This course has 4, 30 or 60-minute lessons, plus several informational videos.

You will be able to do the class in the position of your choice: sitting or lying on the floor, or even in your bed. 

It's not just about breathing, it's about finding the ways to experience the breath to be easy, relaxed, responsive to your needs. 

 In each class you will learn about the amazing apparatus of breathing that we are born with; how you can find your way to breathe easier tantalizing hints on how you can increase your ease and comfort. 

I have taught these lessons individually and as parts of series of classes, but because there is such a need for finding easy breathing, I am offering a course just for breathing.
